			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Nelson Gayton, a former adjunct faculty member at the Wharton School who now serves as an Adjunct Professor and the Executive Director of the UCLA Entertainment &amp; Media Management Institute at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management is currently exploring arranging an independent study with Professor Joshua Eliashberg in the motion picture, cable television and new media space, and will be sponsoring this independent study with one of the entertainment industry’s most noted executives in film and cable television.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Out of confidentiality, the name of this executive cannot yet be provided but engagement with him and me will be substantial and will, quite possibly, lead to an exciting career opportunity in a well-backed, entrepreneurial media and entertainment enterprise.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">The independent study is likely to consist of 2 phases:<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>the first, a research and fact finding phase and, the second, an execution phase.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>Ideally, we are looking for 2 candidates; one with television programming experience and the other with corporate or strategic development experience at a cable company, like Comcast.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>While these are ideal qualifications, we are open to candidates with creative and entrepreneurial abilities, but also with critical thinking and analytical skills who may “not” have come from the cable television space.</span></p>
